Sales Engineer / Sales Executive

For Mandaluyong, Pampanga, Cebu and Davao

• Male/Female at least 20 – 35 years old.
• Visit clients for discussion on their project.
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
• Prepare Project Proposal and Design Layout for client handled.
• Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
• Send emails to clients a prospective clients.
• Do product demo and presentation.
• Ensure that all projects closed / handled is well coordinated, implemented and completed according to project specification
• Review products presentation and coordinate with Support Engineers/ Marketing for revision and improvement.
• Updating client list for every product every now and then.
• Prepare an assist accreditation/ bidding documents requirements.
• Preparing reports for head office
• Meeting regular sales targets

Dealer Coordinator

Duties and Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Female 20 – 35 years old
• Dealer coordinator should explain the PRODUCT features, uses and its benefits as well as giving them any alternative or equivalent product that fits on their requirements.
• Dealer coordinator must achieve maximum sales profitability since the client is not an end user.
• Dealer coordinator must achieve the long time relationship between the company and the dealer.
• Dealer coordinator provides quotation on the client based on their required products.
• Dealer coordinator also conducts product presentation and demonstration.
• Dealer coordinator may also conduct project estimation and project design/lay out.
• Dealer coordinators monitor and supervise closed project from the very beginning up to project turn over and collection coordination.
• Dealer coordinator guarantees satisfaction and value our clients.
• Dealer coordinators need to have good communication and persuasion skills.
• Dealer coordinator must always keep in touch and follow-up with the old and existing customers, so as to entice them to make repeated purchases.
• Dealer coordinator resolves customer complaints by investigating problems and develops solutions with the help of our different Support Engineers so that we can give them recommendations about their problems.
• Dealer coordinator develops a strategic plan and makes some proposals to get the interest of the buyers or the purchasing agents to buy our products and services.
• Additional: Receive phone query, client complaints and follow ups… Receive other staff phone calls then forward it to them.

Warehouse Staff (BOM)

Job Description

Facility maintenance and tool repairs. Assist with the operation of a warehouse, receiving, stocking, processing and distributing materials.

Duties and Qualifications

• Male, 18 – 35 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/Industrial Technology or equivalent.
• Take product orders and verify if items are available in stock.
• Check products to ensure working order and quantity.
• Assist in unloading and loading them on delivery trucks or vans.
• Receive product deliveries from our suppliers.
• Perform minor repairs on furniture and/or equipment.
• Purchased materials for all projects.
• Perform other duties from time to time.
• With motorcycle and license.

QA Warehouse (Stocks)

Duties and Qualifications

• Male 18 – 35 years old.
• Graduate of short course like Computer Technician.
• Test all the incoming stocks and outgoing stocks in the warehouse.
• Check all the defective and working devices to put a label on it.
• Encode and count the devices to assure the quantity of the stocks left in the warehouse.
• Checking all the devices to make sure that the quality is tested and passed the inspection.
• Checking the devices before giving it to the receiver to make sure that the devices are in good condition.
• Document all the computer hardware inside.
• Building computer set for the client.
• Make sure all the computer components are running smoothly.
• Install all software needed to the computer.
• Cleaning my working area.
• Putting warranty stickers to the devices before giving it to the client.
• Encode data hard copy and soft copy of the devices that has been test.
• Run some diagnostics to the devices.
• Prepare all the devices that are tested to the client.
• Monitor all devices condition from time to time.
• Report a device that has some issue to the supplier.
• Encode all the defective devices and send some report so that the devices are returned to the supplier ASAP.

Company Driver

Duties and Qualifications

• Male 20 – 40 years old
• Vocational Course
• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
• Follow route and time schedule
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle
• Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
• Collect payments
• Inform on new products and services
• Complete logs and report
• Proven working experience as a delivery driver
• Valid professional driver’s license
• Ability to operate forklifts and tractors in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good driving record with no traffic violations
• With Driver License

Support Engineer

Duties and Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Electronics Engineering/Electrical Engineering.
• Male 21 – 35 years old.
• Perform site survey on clients to get actual measurements and site and prepare a cost of materials, proposal and quotation which meets the client’s needs.
• Attend meeting with client to report the project progress status, and provide a detailed report regarding the project.
• Provide a technical drawing through AutoCAD, which include the island construction, devices and server locations, wiring diagrams, network connectivity, materials to be fabricated etc.
• Conducts tests on customer requirements and provide integration and different devices.
• Responsible for project mobilization and ensuring that project will start and end at the target deadline.
• Supervising and instructing technical installers during the installation on what to do to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Prepares all the necessary documents for the projects such as progess reports, bill of materials, permits, checklist, turn over forms etc.
